Thank you for visiting our website! This Refunds Policy (Refund Policy”) governs the manner in which HashMax, Inc (hereinafter, “Mintsy”) refunds customer contract purchases. This Refund Policy applies to all contracts offered by Mintsy.

BACKGROUND

Mintsy guarantees to any customer, his/her right for refund, ONLY if we fail to meet the guidelines of the purchased contract. Furthermore, Mintsy declares that the customer is fully responsible for contacting customer service to claim a refund.

  2. Refunds are at the discretion of the customer service representative.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

A customer may request a refund in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria as further set out herein.

Refunds will only be considered where Mintsy fails to comply with the guidelines outlined in the contracts purchased by its customers. It is the sole discretion of the customer service representative to determine the refund amount/to decline the customers request for a refund. Refund requests will only be approved or declined after meticulous verification is made by the customer service representative. Response times will vary depending on the details of the claim.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. All requests for refund will ONLY be considered where Mintsy fails to comply with the guidelines of the customers contract
  2. All refunds will ONLY be considered when the customer contacts customer service.

PROCESSING TIMELINE

Since contracts range from 1 week to 30 days ( or longer), there is NO set time-frame for processing refunds.Refund processing time-frame may also vary, since each claim/scenario is different.

MISCELLANEOUS.

This Refund Policy will be amended from time to time if there is any change in the legislation. Terms and conditions of the Refund Policy are subject to change by Mintsy and in the case of any amendments, Mintsy will make an appropriate announcement. The changes will apply after Mintsy has given notice.

In the event the customer does not wish to accept the revised Refund Policy, he/she should not continue to use Mintsy Services. If the customer continues to use the Services after the date on which the change comes into effect, his/her use of the Services to be bound by the new Refund Policy.
